Dos and don'ts in medical abortion
I was six weeks pregnant. It has been 7 days that I have taken medical abortion (one mifepristine and four misoprostol) I am still bleeding. I will get done my ultrasound after fourteen days to be sure if it's done completely or not. Now my question is can I take vitamin , calcium supplements now? As am losing a lot of blood. These supplements along with food may help me to replenish. Can I do mild exercises or stretches like squats.? Please help Thanks in advance
