Doppler report for little toe amputation
Can someone please explain me the below and correct action to be taken. BOTH SF JUNCTION ARE MILDLY INCOMPETENT. MILD VARICOSITIES IN THE BOTH LEG WITH INCOMPETENT BILATER ABOVE ANKLE PERFORATOR. MILD SUBCUTANEOUS OEDEMA IN BOTH LEGS. Diffuse atherosclerotic thickening of all arteries of both lower limbs. Biphasic reduced flow in the both popliteal, ATA, PTA and peroneal artery and dorsalis ped  causing 60-70% stenosis. Cellulitis of both legs.
