Hi doc, i am 34 year old married men, i have one previous relationship before my marriage almost 6 years i was engaged with my gf in extremely monotonous relationship but several time i was doing unprecedented anal sex with her after the 1 year of relationship i got many pimples on my back, stomach ache, dandruff in my scalp , hair loss white tongue, numbness in feet, fatigue, some small moles on my neck i faced these symptoms since 5 years now i get married with one girl and we plan for the baby but my wife facing problems in conceiving, after try from last 6 month she cant conceive could someone told me what is this? Besides this I checked many time for std like shyplish, HIV but all the time it was negative.
