Don't Like to exercise in morning
I don't feel completely fresh after getting up in the morning. Basically, I don't feel to exercise in morning as compared to evening when I feel totally fresh. Is it just laziness or something to do with missing vitamins, nutrients etc. ? However, it is not possible for me to exercise in the evening as I am at work.

The lack of energy in the morning but being fine doesn't indicate any deficiency. Try to alter your lifestyle &I have a good diet.
