Hi.. having low desire after delivery can be due to various reasons like hormonal, lack of adequate rest, newly added responsibility as a mom, lack of sleep etc. Try getting help with taking care of the baby,  eat adequately, exercise regularly, sometimes having post partum depression etc can also cause low interest in sexual activity.
Next Steps
consult for further management

It's completely normal and understandable .give it some time and express this with your partner. Start it slow with foreplay related activities and then go ahead but if still problems persist meet a psychiatrist or Sexologist

Hello! After delivery there are a lot of changes. Including hormonal changes, lifestyle changes, there is increased stress, lack of sleep. All of these things can affect the desire. Do not rush into having intercourse if you do not have the desire. It is completely normal. Do not worry. If this persists after a few months too, then take a consultation.
