My husband has been detected with Covid positive, he has been prescribed Dolo 650 however he is not having fever.His temperature is 96°.He is having severe pain in his legs especially in calves and thighs.I want to know CAN I GIVE HIM DOLO 650 even if he is not having fever.He is a heart patient and he is taking Brillinta medicine.

There is no need to give DOLO tablets if he has no fever ,you can give it to him as and when required .
The thing if concern is his calves pain ,kindly get a d-dimer levels and a lover limb dvt scan done at the earliest.
