My father(57 years old) was playing with pet dog (stray) suddenly dog teeth touched my dad finger and a little scratch no bleeding it has been 5 days. my father was bitten by stray dog 2.5 years back and he got Rabbies injection. does the vaccine required now again?

If your father have completed rabies vaccine properly as per schedule  then no need to take again.
