As Along 20 years ago could got Anti Rabies Vaccine for dog biteen but 2 days before A stray Dog is bitten but there is no wounds no scratches no bleeding no puncture etc. Could give information about this.

If there is no bleeding no puncture, skin is intact. Then vaccination against rabies is not called for.
On the other note, an anti rabies vaccination from 20 years ago has absolutely no validity. If there is. Dog bite again. Then do get vaccinated
