Does whey causes kidney problems
Hello , I've been working out since a year and now-a-days also started consuming whey(last 4,5 months isolate whet). Lately I've realised that whenever I take more than 1 scoop of whey I tend to go washroom more often. Is it true that whey causes kidney and liver damage and if so how can this problem be avoided..Also does whey protein also lowers down insulin spike??? .. Regards,

Why protein supplements are known to cause bowel alteration. It causes gut sensitivity. Means you have to go to bathroom immediately after eating. Also, these protein supplements can cause increase in creatinine. My suggestion is avoid it. Eat natural protein.
