Does typhoid cause low platelet and pnum

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Does typhoid cause pneumonia, cough and low platelet count.? had fever which got reduced after taking injection for typhoid but there is severe cough which is coming with brown colour muscus. What should I do. Is it covid. C reative protein and ESR is very high.
