Sir I want to know if television, smartphone and laptops harm eyes. Does eye power increase because of this. My eye power is increasing by 2 every year

I think there are two aspects of your question
1st does it harm your eyes ? Yes they cause Dry eyes and computer vision syndrome leading to headache ,yea he and foreign body sensation etc
2nd does it increases the eye power ? Well its not yet proven but it can so use them in limit
What is your eye power at present ? If it is progressive myopia than it will increase irrespective of not using gadgets

Excessive use of aĺl these may cause dryness leading to irritation,
F b sensation, itching,pain,blurring of vision etc.if it's not your profession then please restrict the use of mobile, laptop and tv etc.

Electronic gadgets harm eyes by aggravating dryness. Power of eyes won't increase. But in children gadgets do more harm.
If the power is increasing rapidly, we need to find the cause and treat.
