Does plan b still work during ovulation?

I'm reading the box right now it says "it may also prevent fertilization from a released egg (joining of sperm and egg or attachment of a fertilized egg to the uterus and I think it means it works the same during ovulation because the egg is released and becomes fertilized and right here it says it prevent fertilization from a released egg, or attachment of a fertilized egg to the uterus . am i correct? because I keep seeing some answers saying plan b won't work during ovulation,

It is not like that.Sometimes it fails at the time of ovulation.Wait for next cycle and do pregnancy test by blood (Bhcg) on 25 th day of period and confirm.Near ovulation even sometimes emergency contraceptive pill fails.
