Plan B twice in a week

Asked for Female, 19 Years

So I took a plan B two days ago just because I was paranoid after having unprotected sex. Last night I had it again but this time sperm actually got all over my vagina. I'm a very paranoid person, so I don't know whether it's safe to take another plan b or just let it go. I need advice.
