Does my USG Scan indicate Cancer?

I have small gland kind of formation in my left breast which pains after pressing. I have attached my USG scan of breast. Does it shows any kind of cancers or any sever problem. Kindly advise so that I can immediately consult doctor for further treatment.

U should get examined by a surgical oncologists or surgeon once just to ensure it's ok. Get a better mammogram as it doesn't mention BIRADS score. But looks like score 2 on reporting
