Hello doctor , I was recently started on Losar 50 mg twice a day for hypertension. But my latest blood reports suggest 10% increase in creatinine.
Does losartan tablets causes temporary increase in creatinine ?

Hypertension at 21yr is a concern and needs further evaluation. Losartan can rise creatinine transiently but with long term benifit.
But if it's raising persistently or if pottasium levels are increasing you may need to stop this medication.
I advice you to Meet near by nephrologist, and get complete workup for hypertension.
