Does coconut milk cause acne?
What is the best alternative for milk to decrease acne, what is the best milk to take, please help me

Acne vulagris is due to oilness and hormonal changes...we cannot disturb hormones but we can reduce oil production which leads to comedomes...it take a little patience....proper topical and oral Medication will give good results...do online private consultation and I will prescribe u treatment

It depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Acne is actually triggered by the contents of milk and also frequency of dairy consumption. Milk with Low fat contains more whey proteins, hormones, sugars, etc that causes acne. Also other dairy products like Ice cream should be avoided. There is no alternative to dairy to prevent acne but you can control acne by reducing frequency of consumption and avoiding sugar content in dairy. Regards Dr.Jeetendra Khatuja (Mumbai).
