Hi doctor,
My AmH level is 2.81
My TVS scan shows endometriosis, my doctor advised me to go for laparoscopy for restoring fertility.
Does this surgery reduce my AmH further ? Can't I conceive naturally post surgery?
Attaching my scan report.

AMH levels are inherent
Thy can neither be reduced not increased
This surgery will not affect the current AMH levels
You should be able to conceive naturally if at least one tube is patent and Semen analysis is normal
The surgery as such should not reduce the AMH . But in a case of endometriosis it’s difficult to predict how ur chances of conceiving would be right now unless u try for it.kindly connect to know more
