Do i need to consult doc for taking lens
My eye power is -1 in both side. So do i need to check up with eye doctor just to take contact lens and ask whether it will suit my eyes or not???

You should always contact an ophthalmologist for ur glass number. It should be checked after dilating ur pupils if needed before prescribing. Dry Eyes and Allergic Conjunctivitis needs to be ruled out before contact lens prescriptions.
