Practicality wise I can differentiate that may be I am over doing things but the heart doesn't let it reason out. I Just desire to leave everything and go into solitude. The moments of grief till they don't come out as tears I dnt experience calmness.I tend to feel restless and claustrophobic within Is this normal or do I need to visit an expert

You should visit one when you feel the need to. If you're in doubt, go ahead, see a mental health expert and get it (the doubt) out of your system.

Thanks for reaching out. How long has this been going on? Your day to day life must be troublesome because of the uneasiness you talked about. Are you grieving any loss of a loved one? Whatever may be the case, the issue is causing you distress. Hence it's wise for you to get evaluated by a mental health professional at the earliest.
