Hi, i have been experiencing this for a long time now...i wash my hands multiple times...like 4-5 times in one go and this happens multiple times in a day...so much so that my hands have become extremely dry and have tiny cuts all over...I don't really want to do it but i don't feel like they are clean enough until i do this. Not just this but i have a habit of checking everything i do that too multiple times, it has become really exhausting now. Moreover, I have a dog and i keep feeling that i constantly need to check what he is doing and that he isn't eating anything harmful or doing anything that he isn't supposed to do. I have to recall the entire day in order to ensure that he hasn't indulged in anything like this. If i feel like he has done something when i wasn't present, i feel really anxious because i jump to the worst conclusions. There are alot of things like this not just with my pet but with my family, work etc. pls guide me as to what i should do.
