Do i need antirabies again for rat bite
5 days ago a non domestic rat { that black colour rats which we usually found in our home } bite me on my leg finger only little bit skin removed and 1/5th part of one drop of blood comes I instantly washed it with soap and water 2-3 times . Today i got to know that one same size rat was dead outside my home don't know whether it was same rat or not . NOTE In feb 2021 also i had rabies exposure { scratch , no bleeding} at that time i started anti rabies course { 14/feb/21 } and tetnus also on 14/feb/21 . But that pharmacy person mis scheduled my course so my course was completed on 8 april . I totally received 5 shot anti rabies and 1 tetnus from 14th feb to 8 april . Last shot of anti rabies was given on 8 april . So my question is no i need any booster shot now for rat bite ? If yes then how much ? If no then for how long anti rabies provide immunity? NOTE : I AM HEALTHY TILL NOW RAT BITE AREA ALSO HEALED .
