Hello,,, I went through your query, these tablets are given to increase sperm count, there is no need for abstinence from sex while taking these tablets, decreasing number of episodes of ejaculation either while sex or by masturbation increases number of sperm you ejaculate,, sexual intercourse only during her ovulation time(2 days before, on ovulation day and one day a after ovulation) will help maximum for conceiving.
