I have a larger source lump on my vagina I thought it was a spot and tried to pop it but when I did it felt like numb tissue I stopped immediately but I'm scared it's cancer and I made it word

Donot do any thing immediately meet to gynaecologist.May be that lump has involved any nerve that's why feeling numbness.Vaginal cancer is in old age group and not very common in India.
