Do I have thyroid problem? TSH 6.36
Yesterday I got reports for my general health checkup. I have got T3 = 123 and T4 = 9.2. But TSH value is 6.36. What is this and what changes should I make to my lifestyle for curing this problem?

Heal you body instead putting yourself external hormones. Feed your body what it needs to make the necessary hormones. check yourself for magnesium, vita b12, zinc, iodine, vita c, vita b2, vita b3, selenium, iron, vita d, vita A status. Stop wheat and diary. with above things you can easily reverse your condition.

Hello, as per your clinical history is concerned please take (Thyronorm tab -25mcg) regularly to lower your TSH level ,do check your TSH every 3 months and adjust dose.

Do take a multivitamin caps regularly in the morning. Drink plenty of fluids throughout day time. Try to avoid foods (broccoli, Cauliflower,soy,beans and spinach etc. Do yoga like (sun salutation,head to knee pose etc.) regularly. hope that helps

Ur suffering from hypothyroidism...though ur t3&t4 are normal but tsh is high...ur gland  unable to produce enough thyroid hormone. That's why pituitary gland produce more tsh. You may facing few problems in upcoming periods like Fatiguability, intolerance to cold ,weight gain etc.
