Hi Very mild difference in IPF is observed between two eyes. You can consult near by ophthalmologist to evaluate completely and explain about the possible options to consider. In my opinion if it is not causing any visual obstruction you can relax.
Next Steps
Undergo clinical evaluation of ptosis with ophthalmologist
Health Tips
Can consider eye lid muscle strengthening exercises like forcible closure and opening of eyes which may help to increase muscle strength
