Can I have lupus if I have an iron deficiency but a normal CBC and hemoglobins? I have recurrent infections (bronchitis, upper respiratory tract infections, colds - been sick six times already this year), migraine-like headaches almost every day, extreme fatigue, occasional terrible pains in my legs, swollen glands (huge problem atm, so painful),I have a family history of autoimmune diseases. I haven't felt 100% well since 2015

I would advise you to visit a MD general physician as you require a physical examination and undergo investigations such as ANA, CRP, CBC to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. The given information isn't sufficient to reach a specific diagnosis, so kindly visit the MD general physician at the earliest.
