Do I have ADHD?
I am 50 years old. I can't concentrate while reading/studying. I read one line and my attention escapes elsewhere. I start daydreaming, role playing. To read one para of any stuff I take hours.
But if something is interesting, I binge. Like, I have seen the entire season of Game of Thrones or House of Cards at one sitting.
But this does not happen with fruitful things like studying to acquire a skill.
Do I have a problem. Is there a treatment in Mumbai.
