Do all covid+ require steroids?
I have tested positive for covid 5 days ago and been on home isolation with regular intake of medication. Do I need to take steroid and anticoagulant ?

Steroid come into play when you have Persistent cough/fever for more than 5 days or of you have resting desaturation or excertional desaturation.

No need for steroids if maintaining oxygen saturation at room air.  Walk regularly inside home and check oxygen saturation at regular intervals. Anticoagulants are required for high risk patients and specially bed ridden patients who are not able to walk due to oxygen requirement.
