Dns, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, PND
Post nasal drip, Deviated nasal septum and inferior turbinate hypertrophy. Every morning I wake up throat is full of mucus vecause of post nasal drip. One nostril is always blocked. And it changes sides occasionally when I sleep and take turns.

Sir put saline nasal drops 2 drops 4 times a day, and tablet mucobar forte twice a day. Get an NCCT PNS done and consult and ENT Surgeon.
