Hello sir/ madam I have synus and septum Is Mandatory for septum surgery I often gets vertigo attack

Surgery for sinus and septum depends on the amount of sinusitis and deviation of septum. Vertigo is a different problem which has multiple reason. It may arise due to problem in vision, balance system, cervical sprain or spondylosis. So complete examination of each system is important.
