Hi there, Recently ( around 5 days) i have noticed i have been getting light headed, and dizzy spells, Usually around the same tiems of the day, can you explain why this could be? i dont have any underlying issues, or known problems

Hello, There are several causes of light-headedness. Get your complete blood count done to rule out anaemia, which can be in your case. Regards
