Hi good morning why I'm always feel dizzy and head ache too. And my lower back have pain also. Tnx

For back pain It may be mechanical due to faulty posture or spondylosis. For headache and dizziness may be related to serotonin deficiency or secondary cause which need to be workup. Done routine body profile ct head and x-ray ls spine and consult neurologist.
