Dizziness while walking
I used to walk minimum 6 km walking. But last one month my walking is disturbed because I feel there is something gas etc flow from abdomen that upset my breathing pattern resulting slow pace in walking . Mild dizziness also felt. Suggest remedial measure

Whether this disturbed walking occurs because of breathlessness, which settles with rest? Whether there is associated sweating, chest pain?
