Diziness, tingling, buzin. To do. pls.

Hello Doctors I had a very mild stomach pain one month back which leads to low grade fever some days later. I was prescribed antibiotics. Now i don't hv any stomach pain. But the fever reoccurs sometimes very mild and stay only for some time. Dizziness is persisting everyday but very mild to strong. Feet are cold sometime, sometimes i feel little numbness amd tingling in my soles. Recently one week back i started feeling noise in my ear not exactly ringing or buzzing, i can feel it when i lie down and it is more noisy at bed time. But i can feel something like my ear nerves are shaking fast and i can hear lub lub sounds. My hands and body too feel shaky if i try to notice it which is very mild.I have done 3 Thypidot, 2 malariA TEST, billirubun test, CBC, TSH, FASTING SUGAR, FT4, CHEST X RAY, EVERYTHING IS NORMAL. Please suggesst me what to do. Pls.
