DIZZINESS,TINGLE IN EAR
Tingle in ear and dizziness, ( come around ) and get less sleep... He has become more restless sound also dizziness.. Body aches are more sleep..

He first need to meet a Physician to rule out Hypertension as a cause of the giddiness and the tingling sensation. If not Hypertension, then an ENT and Neurological evaluation should be done.

Hello....... He is 54 years. High blood pressure can cause tinnitus, dizziness.... Other cause include anxiety , stress, worriers, lack of sleep, etc... Take him to general physician for general examination. He has to settle down then only he can sleep... Ask him if he has any emotional issues.
