Dizziness,Nausea.Head spinning
Asked for Male, 35Years
I had a sudden bout of vertigo in last week along with nasuea. Got treatment under my family Doc who prescribed Stemetil MD as SOS along with Pan D 40 for 5 days . All was fine until today it has relapsed as i feel a bit of dizziness again..
Never had any health issues till date.Is it due to me carrying my heavy laptop bag with samples?kindly advise which doctor to consult and how to be sure it is Vertigo.Thanks

Hello.
Kindly get an X-ray cervical spine to rule out cervical spondylitis.
Neck exercise (against resistance) may prove beneficial in case compression symptoms are causing the giddiness.
Health Tips
Regulate your meal timings and avoid excessively oily and spicy food.
