Dizziness/lack of balance after a fall

Asked for Female, 18 Years

3 days ago I suffered a huge fall on the back of my head, I was unconscious for a bit but I came to soon after and I was fine the next day except for pain on the place I fell. Two days after the fall I woke up feeling very dizzy and out of balance I was able to function throughout the day but I had to be careful. Two days later I'm still dizz
