Frequent Falling and dizziness

I've continuously dizziness like head rotation sensation, both hands legs weekness. MRI brain is normal and MRI C spine has compression C3 to c5. My symptoms are written in a paper and attached. Pls suggest me what treatment should I take and which specialist I shall visit . I resides in Visakhapatnam.
