Dizziness issue
I recovered from covid a month back. Since last few days I was having internal vibrations in my left hand ,and shoulders. Now I'm having dizziness and slight pain in my head, it feels like spinning but physically it's not. My blood Pressure last checked was 109/80, and when blood sugar was also in normal range. When I apply pain relief balm on my head it feels okay for sometime but then weird sensations and dizziness and internal spin sensation starts again. I'm already taking multivitamins and keeping myself hydrated and following healthy diet. This has never happend before. Please tell I'm worried I'm really worried as internet mentioned something related to stroke. Should I be worried?
