Hi there...I can understand your concern. Have you got your blood pressure and blood glucose levels checked recently? low blood pressure or blood glucose levels can cause dizziness. You will need detailed clinical examination. Even breathlessness should be looked into. So kindly consult a nearby general physician as soon as possible for further evaluation.
