Dizziness for 4 months
Since last 4 months I have been suffering from dizziness..did all blood test ecg echo x-ray chest sonography..visited neurophysician also..one physician told me it's due neck muscle weakness as I use computer and phone for roughly 10 12 hours a day..please help..brain mri is left only

No need of brain MRI just do neck exercises whenever you get time
take calcium and Vitamin D supplements
