Dizziness and breathlessness

Hi, I am 29 weeks pregnant. My Hb is 9.8, pulse rate remains 100+. BP is in the range of 90-100/60-70 mm/Hg. I feel very tired, weak amd short of breath. Sometimes, very dizzy, lightheaded and short of breath especially after eating. What could be the cause?

It's normal to have high pulse rate and breathing difficulty during pregnancy. You are anemic too which exacerbated the symptoms.
