Dizziness & feeling light headed
Hello Docs.. I am breastfeeding mother of 45 days old baby via C section delivery. Since past 10 days my appetite has reduced & my water intake has been poor after delivery which I have increased now. Now the issue is that I have been feeling lightheaded & Dizziness & weakness in my body as if I will faint. I am also having a  dry cough sometimes.I also feel light pain as well in my left arm almost daily at night but it subsides on its own. I was not taking any medications however since past 10 days I have started taking Iron supplement, Calcium, Protein supplement & neurobion forte for B12. I got my medical tests done today for CBC, LFT ( SGPT ALT 43/ ALP139/ GGT 68.6/ AG Ratio 1.15)  HBA1C (High as 6.1)  , Vit D ( 33 as per report ) & Vit B12 ( 272.69) Could you please advise why I feel sometimes dizziness & light headed as I am losing control over my body & will faint. I had increased my screentime alot after delivery but have reduced now & have been on proper rest post delivery.
