I had unprotected sex with my GF then had I-pills after 24 hrs .Then After 2 days she got periods for 6 to 7 days then after that she is feeling like fever, dizziness, headache , vomiting tendency. Is she is pregnant or not?

Emergency pills hv a high failure rate
Go fr a pregnancy test if u hv skipped ur expected date of periods
