Chest pain occuring since 2 yr all tmt echo ecg get normal left shoulder and hand pain also occur now a days diziness also occur on walking i walk for 3 km daily thing revolving during walking and duscomfort in chest and feeling my foot during walking is going here nad there pressure feel on head ...what is this
