Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Avoid high protein diet. But you will require treatment for complete clearance of the truncal acne. Plus steroids in long term duration / high dose results in truncal acne. Y were u receiving steroids ?? If taken for longer duration they need to be appropriately tapered as sudden stopping can cause other side effects. Kindly consult online with photos.
