  4. Disturbtion at inside throat. It cancer?

Disturbtion at inside throat
I feel something stucked inside the throat,when i seems in mirror via open mouth there are 4 to 5 white piches in wall of neck...these piches i seems sinve last many years ...i need to know is it cancer?
