Distress.
I am feeling severe distress..I'm struggling with mild OCD and I happened to touch the surface which was a bit oily..In the oil got on my clothes I feel...What is sprinkled water on my legs and even change the clothes but still I am feeling very distressed. My heart rate is shooting up The distress is making me feel suicidal and I want to do something to relive that stress I feel As if oil has entered my clothes my legs and my whole bed now Please I beg you suggest me something

Please calm down. Take a deep breath through nose and exhale through mouth, do it for 10 times. Are you on any medications? See oil can only stick to the surface not penetrate deep. You have changed clothes nothing to worry, you can see your skin surface all clean and tidy. Consult a psychiatrist for better counselling and treatment.
