Distal radius fracture
Have removed casting done for distal radius fracture in wrist a week back..Not able to go for X-ray due to lockdown.. Feeling pain in the hands and front side of the hand.. Please help with any home remedy to reduce the pain..

How many days was plaster applied? You can do hot water fomentation.
