Distal radial fracture
3.5 months ago I had distal radial fracture i had surgery then and had cast for 6weeks now after 2months post cast removal I feel on my thumb veins are moving as if blood is not flowing properly though my thumb is working fine ROM of wrist and hand are also ok.. But i have thumb problem.. Please help what should I do to fix thumb problem? * x-ray attached*

It is a post op distal radius fracture treated with plate and screws fracture has healed. Now problem with your thumb. Needs to assess the thumb movements. R u able time move the thumb and lift the thumb. We need to examine to check the tendon called epl of the thumb. In some cases one of the tendon of the thumb may be torn.
Next Steps
Needs to examine by orthosurgeon. To check the tendons of the thumb. Epl tendon.
